Exchange or Return of Products
As Oneycat, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you have the right to terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the distance sales contract.
In order to exercise this right, the products must be preserved in their original condition and must not have been used. Opening the packaging of the products or using the product to check its functionality does not remove your right of return. However, if the value of the product decreases due to these reasons, this decrease in value may be reflected in the amount to be returned.
If the product is damaged or destroyed through no fault of yours, you may exercise your right to terminate the contract.
